people are so bad at bullying nowadays lmao

bullying used to be pushing you against lockers, saying the most diabolical insults to your face, spreading shitty rumors all the time, basically actively trying to get you to kys. now tell me why people nowadays put zero of that effort into it at all?? don't get me wrong, i am not saying that awful bullying is GOOD. its very bad actually and i am not romanticizing it at all. but if the point is to offend the victim, why is the only bullying now just... generic slurs. and saying "hi" to you and then laughing when you respond. and tame ass "my friend has a crush on you!" shit. is this supposed to... bother people?? like yes its mildly annoying but thats it. this is not affecting me in the long run. every time somebody "bullies" me, i just kinda feel disappointed in them. like thats it?? do better smh /j
