How did I get here?

Hi guys, everyone! I want to say from the very beginning that I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing here.:(.  

I'm only 15 y/o. I can barely figure it out with the help of an online translator. Please tell me what you can do here, who to talk to, and what should I write about here? I practice drawing, singing, playing the synthesizer, and also writing role-playing games. I live in the largest country in the world and I don't really speak English, Even I write this text using a regular translator on my keyboard.:(((
