school and exhaustion

School has been stressing me out so much latelyΒ that I am exhausted all the time, even on weekends. I don't feel like going anywhere or hanging out with anyone. I hate it so much because this is the first year we're getting at least a B on everything, including algebra!Β

Does anyone have any tips on how to break out of this depressing loop? I want to achieve good grades without being constantly exhausted. (I'm a junior about to be a senior)

Hey, I just want to say that it’s completely okay to feel this wayβ€”school can be overwhelming, especially when you’re pushing yourself to do your best. The fact that you're getting solid grades shows how hard you’re working, but remember: rest is not a reward, it’s a necessity. Burnout doesn’t mean failureβ€”it means you care too much without giving yourself enough space to breathe. Try setting small boundaries, like mini breaks during study sessions or unplugging for a bit each weekend. And don’t forget: you're more than your grades. Be gentle with yourselfβ€”you’re doing better than you think.
