School has been stressing me out so much latelyΒ that I am exhausted all the time, even on weekends. I don't feel like going anywhere or hanging out with anyone. I hate it so much because this is the first year we're getting at least a B on everything, including algebra!Β
Does anyone have any tips on how to break out of this depressing loop? I want to achieve good grades without being constantly exhausted. (I'm a junior about to be a senior)

Hey, I just want to say that itβs completely okay to feel this wayβschool can be overwhelming, especially when youβre pushing yourself to do your best. The fact that you're getting solid grades shows how hard youβre working, but remember: rest is not a reward, itβs a necessity. Burnout doesnβt mean failureβit means you care too much without giving yourself enough space to breathe. Try setting small boundaries, like mini breaks during study sessions or unplugging for a bit each weekend. And donβt forget: you're more than your grades. Be gentle with yourselfβyouβre doing better than you think.
This was genuinely so helpful thank you so much <3
