AUGH I need more clothes so bad but I haven't been able to go (clothes are hella expensive and I'm broke ;-;) I also need to get more eyeliner BADLY
I know that to get good clothes and stuff I should check out thrift shops (and I'm tempted to) but the only thing is I'm terrified to death of scabies (germophobe here) and if I get them I will literally die :D
But I think I'll go anyway...i'll be fine if I wash it tbhhh...
and mom is letting me dye my hair! Finally omg. My friends think I should go for some little blonde pieces in the front and I honestly might do that. Not too outrageous (because I'd have to box dye bc AGAIN I'm broke) so I don't think it'd be that hard to mess up
But seriously I feel ugly AF rn and I need to glow up soon or else I'll be a little sad :( But seriously y'all got any tips? Sorry if this comes off as ranty haha I get distracted alot bc I haven't had my ADHD meds for a while

ngl ur already really pretty (assuming your pfp is you)!!! and abt thrift shops for the most part you'll be fine if you wear gloves. u can also look into local 2nd hand sellers around you bc they usually have more curated clothes (aka u dont need to go bin hunting for 2 hours to find 1 cute top) and its usually cleaner too (and the price is usually similar to thrift store prices). the easiest way to find & connect w them is usually through local festivals & flea markets (I live in the Bay Area and there's plenty here so I'm just assuming that there's a lot wherever you live too T-T). if u wanna look into makeup, heres my personal recs for affordable makeup as a low income girlie. I like the wet&wild photofocus powder and their eyelash curler works pretty well. for setting spray, i would recommend the revolution superfix super hold. as for bronzer & contour, i feel like any work tbh as long as its the right shade. same w mascara, lip products, & eyeliner. for blush, i really like the elf camo blush (thats like the 1 elf product actually worth buying imo other than their lip oils). i personally dont think you need a primer as long as you have good skin prep. however, theres 3 things imo thats worth investing in: foundation, concealer, and a good eyeshadow pallete. A good quality foundation & concealer is a MUST!!! I personally love the fenty beauty skin tint bc its lightweight and high coverage and the whole bottle lasts for abt 6 months (and i use it almost every single day). unfortunately for concealer i dont have any recs since im trying to find a good one myself, but i would def recommend going to sephora or ulta and asking if you can test concealers (or get testers online for super cheap). and lastly, while an eyeshadow pallete isnt really necessary, a good and versatile one will literally eradicate the need of so many other products i just listed (like blush, bronzer, and mayb contour, plus its just fun!!! and also remember to double cleanse after wearing makeup. i like the ponds cold cream makeup remover & the cerave sa cleanser). for confidence boosting, i really like to workout. u dont need to become a hardcore gym rat or anything like that but even doing something fun like dancing or just a light workout everyday will help w your confidence SO MUCH!!! i personally do pilates and calinsthethics, but u dont need to do the "mainstream" workouts, literally anything works & makes u feel so good. if u wanna style your hair, i would just buy one of those cheap rounded heat brushes from ross (but remember to use heat protection pls dont fry your hair off). ngl this was mostly me yapping abt what i personally do but i hope it helped you in some way too <3
THANK UUUU i will def be using gloves haha
