Increased Ads EVERYWHERE! (Ranting ed.)

Why is it that everywhere I go and everything I look at include ads? Anytime I'm on my phone I am 100% garunteed to see and ad somewhere. Its permiated into all social media platforms now in so many different forms, they are inbetween peoples stories, inbetween my home feed and this doesnt just apply to instagram but tiktok as well. I'll open the app and the first thing you see is an ad, I'll be scrolling... guess what another ad. I will open up someones account and watch their videos and somehow they sneak an add in there. Youtube (Yes i know there was and always will be ads on there), every ad i see is so long, and theres no skip button and if there is its always a 15 second skip button. Then with every update on spotify there are more and more ads if you dont have premium.

I cant even escape these ads in normal everyday life. Everywhere i go i see some sort of ad. Why are we constantly bombarded with things we HAVE to buy!!

Please tell me I'm not the only one!!!
