i cant add blinkies to my profile??

so before, i had blinkies in my “about me” section, but then i had to remove them and re-add them for reasons too hard to explain, but now i cant add blinkies for some reason. i can add other types of gif or picture but i cant add blinkies. does anyone know why this happens?? also pls check if my blinkies are actually there just in case

update: since i cant put my blinkies in my “about me” section, i moved them to the “heroes” section, but still pls explain why i cant put it in the “about me” section anymore
