Im sick of fake people

I have grown up in a generation where finding people with a wide knowledge on music is a 97 in 100. So when I find somebody that knows - for example - Radiohead, I get extremely excited, only to find out their favourite song is Creep. What also pisses me off when I see a girl my age wearing a Nivarna T-Shirt and I go “Oh my god, you like Nivarna?!” i get incredibly disappointed when they reply with “Yeah I love the brand”. I have a friend and I was talking to her about music and she mentioned she LOVED Radiohead so I said “Oh well surely you’ve heard this song” and I play her Fake Plastic Trees considering its a fairly popular song and she said “Well I don’t really know many of their other songs besides Creep and No surprises”.
