Report Blog Entry
"you just want everything to be tumblr" well YEAH maybe i DO!!! but seriously it'd be nice to have some way to find more specific blog entries, or find people you share interests with. groups seem to be mostly dead. if someone has a tutorial on a hidden way to do this i would love one <3

Not.. really? Tumblr is primarily text-based. The main differences between it and other platforms are that 1, there isn't really an algorithm (there's a For You tab but its terrible and most people don't use it, instead they just look at the posts of who they follow), and 2, tags are completely separate from the rest of the post.
You can reblog other people's posts without adding anything to them, which is basically just sharing with your followers. You can also add onto the main post itself which will stay on there when other people share it. OR you can reblog and put things in the tags, which allows you to sort your reblogs into groups on your blog or just comment on the contents of the post but quieter, your comments won't stick around when someone reblogs it from you! Tumblr is cool.
