Happy birthday, Gerard Way.

You got me into everything I love today. I am completely unashamed to say My Chemical Romance was my first favorite band... and always will have a place in my heart. Gerard Way inspired me not only as a musician, but as an artist as well.

And I just cannot believe you're 48 now. Time flies. I thought I would have met you by now... but oh well, there's still plenty of time for that.

My mom made a cheesecake today, and I'm gonna dedicate every piece to you! I'm afraid this isn't nearly as cheesy as my heart would like to make it but...
