anyone else have scarily realistic dreams?

for a few years now I've been having oddly life like dreams to the point i,ll wake up and think that what happened in my dreams was true like one time I've once had a dream that i got a guitar (before i actually got one) and i woke up happy 2 try 2 practice. just 2 find out that it was truly all in my dream and it not just anticipating for something exiting i can feel temperature, physical pain and overall feeling (sand especially) along with taste and smell I've smelt plenty of cold crisp rain in my dreams but I've also smelt fresh baked pastries and speaking of food (the first food I've tasted in my dream was a chicken meat patty anyways) i recently had a dream that me and my class went on a trip to a local Japanese café in celebration of sakura season and even tho sadly i woke up before trying the sakura mini cake i was able to taste the bacon and pancakes and smell the snow and my breath in my scarf against my face and when we where in the bus i could smell the leather seats along with the crowded musk of teenagers mildly sweating. MY MAIN POINT IS that no one ive met has had dreams like this and yet some how ive been able smoke a cig in my dream and have an affect no joke i woke up thinking that id have to tell that to my mom and doctor 

anyways please comment and tell me if im insane or if you've had something like this before
