1st ACTUAL entry, job related

Me? Writing a personal blog?! Wow!

I figured it would be a good idea considering everything that has happened and is happening, and it would be interesting to read back on these later on. (:D)

Tomorrow I start my second day on the job. I decided to drop in a job application at my ma's workplace, which is also where my dad works too so it's kind of like a full package now lol.. I started my first day on the 5th, which was just a look around see what we got and how everything functions. My job there is supposed to be like a prep cook and dishes duty but i noticed it's more along the lines of everyone does the same thing and it's just that I have restrictions considering I am a minor.

I really do hope I get the swing of things and warm up to the whole thing quickly, I don't want to get spooked and like, consider quitting the job because we really need the money, and seeing how things are going in the country, we're gonna be needing that money a whole lot more pretty soon. I'm only allowed a couple days a week, couple hours a day which I am not complaining, it's just something to mention. I also have a job application in at my local grocery store, still waiting on an update for that one. I'd be working in the produce section if I really do get a job there too. Then if I had both jobs, working part-time, I'd hopefully be making the same amount as my ma. I really do want to help with bills and save up for myself, there are things I want and things I will be needing later on I bet.

I am proud of myself for getting a job in the first place, considering I quit school basically because of stress and whatnot, stepping back into the world and being a somewhat functioning member of society is something I am very anxious but excited about because it will be getting me out of house and also allow me more human interaction, which is something I have been missing so bad. I am just sad I won't be around people my age, my coworkers are nice though lol, based off first impressions. 

I just hope I'll be able to figure out the menu.. or let the seasoned workers handle that while I mix giant tubs of ranch and fill tiny containers with it. LOL
