Hair Dye!!! ^^

Hello everyone!!!
It's me Belphie!
I'm currently contemplating dying my hair again, maybe something inspired by a budgie's feather!!
But instead going from sapphire blue on the roots to something turquoise and then a yellow fade at the end.
Maybe add some bleached coon tails on the side cuz why nooot?

Anyways i'll be going back to class, eugh let me out of hereee!!! (˚ ˃̣̣̥⌓˂̣̣̥ )

So my question is: what's the best hair dye for a teal dye? Manic Panic's color "Siren's song" or crazy color's "Peppermint"?
