ULTRAKILL yapping / looking for fans (contains spoilers)

i could write sooo much about this game if I sat down and just committed to it, man. it makes want to tear my hair out aughg.

like. v1 is a creature who had lost it's purpose. it was going to be the next step in war. machines had gotten bigger and bigger, earthmovers roaming the earth - the next logical step is to create something small enough to infiltrate it and destroy it from the inside. however, the opportunity to do so was stolen from it by humanity deciding that war is bad actually. in it's place, v2 was created - a new model with a new purpose, to protect humanity. a security bot.

at the START of ultrakill, they trade places. v1 is handed an opportunity to do what it was meant to do in more ways than one. built to kill, it's ability to absorb blood during combat gives it a major advantage in the scramble to empty hell. the first layers of both act 1 and 2 allow v1 and v2 to duel. who is the true better model, the one who came first or the one who came after?
after their purpose is settled, there's still a third act, and something needs to fill v2's spot. who better than the reason v1 was built in the first place ??? v1 gets to both fufill it's purpose and destroy the one who replaced it. it gets to kill both the one that came before it and the one that came after. wonderful. this thing is totally hell's favorite

LIKE THIS IS SO INCOHERENT I KNOW BUT IM JUST TALKING. I LOVE THIS VIDEO GAME. do NOT get me started on the ferryman, and fucking gabriel. GABRIEL. this game is not going to end well i know it in my heart.
