Clairvoyant Dreams

I have clairvoyant (or precognitive dreams) and I've had them for 6+ years. I haven't thought much abt it before, but after noticing how much I had them it has rlly affected me lol

I find it rlly interesting that science doesn't rlly have an explanation for this, and there's only theories and debates. And coincidentally, a lot of ppl w precognitive dreams also have ADHD (which I also have lol). I'm a BIG skeptic, and while I do believe in the supernatural i'm very aware that nothing of it is real if it doesn't have a scientific explanation, and it's just my personal choice to believe in that stuff cuz it just makes life a little more magical yk? I'm 100% pro science and logic, and this is why this subject fascinates me so much. Because there's no actual scientific explanation behind it!!! what the fuck!!!

And these dreams can't be dismissed by simple explanations such as "coincidences" or "vague dreams with mundane patterns", because my dreams are VERY vivd, realistic, and I remember them PERFECTLY. And when I say perfectly, I MEAN it: exact time, place, people, events, objects, lighting, feelings, conversations, words, sounds, thoughts, etc. . The dreams are always personal events, and are usually pretty boring tbh, but after waking up they still leave some emotional ilpact on me; like they give me this weird, VERY STRONG gut feeling: like I can't even explain it, it's something I feel ONLY when waking up after those dreams.

The dreams happen irl abt 3 - 10 days after I had them, and when they do happen, lemme tell u... I get MASSIVE FAT deja vu. The second it happens, I remember everything: every little detail, everything, and from that moment I also know what's about to  happen, be done, or be said. And when I realize it's happening, I always remain paralyzed from the shock for a while; like this shit affects me a lot, cuz I usually need to stop everything I'm doing, calm down and process everything that's happened, happening and will happen.

I also can't change the future, I don't rlly know why but ig I just haven't figured out how yet, bcs I only realize the dream's happening irl once I get that crazy deja vu feeling and remember everything, not before it starts. Like before the dream happens, i just get this weird fuzzy feeling that I recognize the moment, but nothing special.

But yea, this shit's been affecting me for a WHILE now. Like, it's got me questioning reality and my existence n shit. Made me have a few existential crises the past 6 years lol

Do any of u also have this weird thing??

I do occasionally and I can agree it freaks me out. My dreams will tell me things I need to know or something about someone I never had any idea about. I don't know how to change the future either because by the time I think about it I've already forgotten or the dream has been blended into a memory or something :/
