RANT TIME!

Im gonna get into a little rant without really knowing anything. 

These are the reasons I personally believe make A.I immoral 

A.I is going to make the human experience more and more miserable. I'm of course not saying that A.I is bad in every instance but I firmly believe that the way it's being used today is taking humanity a dark path that will eventually lead to our destruction from the inside. I'm not talking about "robots taking control" but that it will change the human experience irreversibly. It's absolutely awful for the environment, apps like c.ai, chai, chat gpt and so on are going to make human interactions irreversibly different. Bad different. In apps like this the user is always in control of the conversation. Don't like the response? Swipe for another one! Something in the response was not fun enough? Edit the response! It doesn't allow conversations to be uncomfortable or unpredictable which you will have to deal with if you're speaking to another human. Also apps like this (especially c.ai) are giving AI more friendly outlook. Because it's not just a bunch of 1 and 0, right? It's your favorite movie character! Your fictional crush! It would never hurt you. If progressively people get more and more used to being the leader in conversations they will have a hard time speaking to each other, expecting humans to be as predictable as A.I.

"But A.I helps me create art/write!" That's not a good thing. AI can't come up with something completely new. It will mix things form other artists and writers. It can't be inspired, it can only sew things together to make it appear new and exciting. It's an insult to life itself. For your 2 second lough at something A.I tried to make, it had to steal artwork from other people, rely on your prop and eventually make something that you will forget about in a couple of days. "But I can't draw and want to make my ideas come to life!" The beauty of art is it's imperfections. The way you can see all the artists work on a canvas. Years of practice put into one pice. I'd rather praise a comic entirely made of stickmans than a fully animated show A.I made. "What if I'm burnt out and have no ideas! I need a prompt!!" Be bored. That's a genuine advice. Stare at a wall. Your brain has to entertain itself at some point. If you keep stimulating it and not allowing it to be bored it will never be forced to come up with something new. The use of A.I to create artwork especially in a certain style are an insult to the artist themselves. People love art. But hate the artist.

AI is also an active danger. Again I'm not talking about robots taking control. Deep fakes are available and easy to get. A.I has no morals unless you program them in, that means it doesn't care if you want a video of a man, woman, child or even an animal. Imagine one day you see a video of you, your loved one or maybe even your kid that A.I generated for pleasure of some sick fucks. 

"It's not that deep" nothing is "that deep" until a tragedy happens. "It's not that deep" until you can't find a job because every corporation is ran by A.I and the only way you can get a job is by doing physical labor. "It's not that deep" until you see a video of yourself doing something you didn't really do. Trends, memes and jokes are training A.I to be even more undetectable.
