Mermaids (also posted to my tumblr!)

I wanna be a mermaid so bad. Imagine getting tired of life and wanting nothing more than isolation, then leaping into the ocean to breathe in all the new surroundings. Cruising around the sea, squeezing into all the rocks and coral to chase that one pretty fish, and feeling weightless as you glide through the water, free from the constraints of gravity. It would be a dream come true to explore the depths of the ocean and discover all of its hidden wonders as a serene mermaid.
