Ok I'm not a professional or anything but "в дорогую подругу мою" means "Into my dear friend (female friend)" and doesn't make much sense. The word "B" means in or into. A translation for "to my dear friend," would be "Моей дорогой подруге". Its a declination of some sort but i honestly have no idea which one.
Подруга means female friend. Girlfriend would be Девушка which also means young woman or girl.
Anyways Ukrainian is my actual first language so I can't help much more sorry my guy. I'd recommend looking into cases if you want to figure this out eg. подруга, подруге, подругой etc. Good luck
