Help!!

Zo, I have an old laptop. Mozt of the keyz don't work (all the f keyz, ezc, and most of the letter keyz) it will turn on, but it zayz that I need to press F1, F2, OR F5 key. Any advice? (P.Z. I can't take it apart becauze I don't wanna break it on accident.)
