This manual refers to the logo I published on this blog, where I show the initial sketches before arriving at the final logo.

01 Introduction
REDY is an energy drink brand aimed at young people, characterized by being 100% based on natural plant products.
The name REDY comes from a wordplay that adapts the term "Ready" to be read as "Red," referring to the reddish tone of the drink.
The slogan “Are you?” aligns with the wordplay in the logo, creating the phrase “Ready, are you?”, which conveys an invitation to the consumer to take on a personal challenge.
02 Generic Version
The extension of the “Y”, creating the shape of a plant, in addition to its color and the fact that it seems to mimic a fruit when combined with the text, enhances the main feature of the energy drink: its content based on 100% natural products.

03 Grid Version
The spacing between the letters and the accessory is always the same.
The distance between the logo and the slogan is based on the height of the capital letters in the slogan.

04 Other Versions
Positive and Negative

05 Clear Space
The clear space consists of a perimeter distance based on the size of the “E” in the logo, relative to the intended logo size.

06 Corporate Typography
The chosen typography is a sans serif, which conveys a modern and fresh aesthetic in line with our target audience. It also transmits uniformity, enhances legibility, and complements the logo, establishing a visual hierarchy.
The various weight options allow the font to be used in different contexts; for example, using Bold for titles, Regular for large text blocks, and highlighting or distinguishing words with Light or Light Italic.

07 Corporate Colors
The use of red and green as corporate colors is consistent with the drink's color, the brand name, and the plant-shaped accessory in the logo.
Red, associated with energy and action, quickly captures attention, while green balances its visual impact.
