So I want to do this thing where I draw and post art on this site, but Idk how to put the pictures in here. Like- how do I get the URL??? I just want to try to connect with others out there, but I don’t know how to add pics. So what should I do???

You need to transfer a pic of your art to some file sharing website (I use catbox) and then use the url that the website generates in the picture url field.
