SPACEHEY UPDATE IDEAS ★

2 months later, on SpaceHey... As much I love SpaceHey, I think SpaceHey should have some updates that may intrigue the new and current SpaceHey users. I'll just be placing ideas for SpaceHey future updates should get within this blog. Just bored... :P [ ps. I am talking about the website version of SpaceHey, not the mobile version. ]

★ Update Topics Ideas Bulletin Guide ★

* Straightforward to customize your profile ( background + font + colors )

* Upload pictures/videos/gifs

* AGE FILTER + RESTRICTION !!

* Notifications ( messages, friend requests, subscribed blogs + bulletins + groups )

* Dark Mode

* Messages group chats

* More badges

* Interest tag + Friend suggestion

⊹ ࣪ ˖Straightforward Profile Customization⊹ ࣪ ˖

🍡 Joining SpaceHey, for the first time, you start to view other people's profiles to make friends, and you see most of them have their profiles customized to their liking. New SpaceHey users may be in a bit of a struggle when they have just joined this awesome website and are trying to figure out how to customize their profile using HTML. This may make the new SpaceHey user feel baffled and start to lose interest in SpaceHey, having to deal with the confusing + time-consuming profile customization. Now, there is the 'layouts' section where they can find other SpaceHey users' uploaded profiles to copy and make your own. But maybe the new users or current ones want to make their own without having to use another SpaceHey pre-made profile layout. ٩(^ᗜ^ )و ´-

★ Customize and edit your profile background, font, + colors.

- Just by clicking 'edit profile' there should be an option where we should be allowed to change our background + text color using a Hex, RGB, or HSL tool.

- The font design could also be easily changed by adding selections of options for font designs.

- Background images should also be simple to change by adding an 'insert image' tool.

⊹ ࣪ ˖Uploading Images + Videos⊹ ࣪ ˖

As we know, images or videos can't really be uploaded to your profile, blogs, bulletins, or groups without using an HTML link using other pictures or videos from other websites that were uploaded from. (∩˃o˂∩)

★ Uploading pictures and videos with ease

- Use the uploading tool to insert images/videos/gifs how Twitter, Instagram, and many other social media apps that allow content to be uploaded.

- Moderation for the content that is being uploaded should also be considered when uploading anything onto this website, of course.

⊹ ࣪ ˖AGE FILTER + RESTRICTION⊹ ࣪ ˖

THIS should be the most important update needed for this website. Seeing as people from ages 13+ & 18+ are using this website, there should be an age filter that restricts people of 13+ or 18+ ever encountering each other. It just doesn't sit right with me when someone is 13+ friends with an 18+ user...just...weird. (◉ _ ◉)

★ AGES 13+ AND 18+ FILTER RESTRICTION.

- Using an age filter that allows people to see who are around the same age to allow for people to find their group of people with the same age

- Restricting people who are 13+ from 18+ users from each other will come in handy as they won't be able to cross paths due to their age statuses.

- Age identification ID check would help this problem from the beginning when making an account on this website.

⊹ ࣪ ˖Notifications⊹ ࣪ ˖

Notifications are only allowed to be viewed on the main home page of SpaceHey. Every time you are on your profile page or someone else's, you don't get notified if anyone has commented, added you, or messaged you unless you check it out on the homepage notifications tab. ( ˶°ㅁ°) !!

★ Notifications alerting you anywhere in SpaceHey.

- Allow the notifications to alert you from anywhere on SpaceHey, from while being on your own profile to viewing another person's profile.

⊹ ࣪ ˖Dark Mode⊹ ࣪ ˖

It's simple. Allow dark mode on the SpaceHey website version. (˶˃⤙˂˶)

⊹ ࣪ ˖Messages Group Chats⊹ ࣪ ˖

Since we aren't allowed to make group chats on Messages. Why isn't there?. ( ╹ -╹)?

★ Group Chats on Messages

- Allowing users to create group chats on messages will be more convenient for people who are in friend groups on this website.

- Only allow people who are added to each other to make group chats. This may prevent users from being added to unwanted group chats from other random users who aren't added to each other.

⊹ ࣪ ˖More badges⊹ ࣪ ˖

As you may have seen, there are supporter badges if you donate some money to SpaceHey (I have, and I'm still waiting on my supporter badge to be added to my profile ToT ), and I've seen others like the 'First 5K App Users' badge on some people's profiles. It would be cool to get more unique badges to have added on your profile. Yes, users can use image badges to add their own custom animated badges onto their profiles but these badges will only be obtained by achieving something on SpaceHey. ヾ(｡✪ω✪｡)ｼ

★ Unique Badges

- Unlock unique badges to be added to your profile page by achieving certain goals the creator of SpaceHey may set for users to achieve.

⊹ ࣪ ˖Interest tags + Friend Suggestions⊹ ࣪ ˖

As we dive into other SpaceHey users' profiles, trying to figure out if you may have something in common with a stranger on here, there should be an easier way to find your type of friends. ฅ^>⩊<^ ฅ

★ Finding people who have the same interests as you

- Interest tags are sort of hashtags that allow you to choose and pick to add on your profile interests. Adding an Interest Tag page that allows you to view other SpaceHey users who share the same interests as you!

-Friend suggestions are people who may share the same interest as you using the Interest Tags as I've mention earlier. There would be a section on the homepage where it shows you people to recommend to add other SpaceHey users who share the same interests.

That's all for now feel like there are more ideas in my head, but I can't take em out >_< 

I may update this blog in the future if any new ideas come 2 mind :D
