My last doctor's appointment I was over 250# and my blood pressure was in the 150/90 range, very bad.
It's been about a month and a half now that I've been working out every day in addition to going to the gym twice a week. And the results are in!
Just got back from a follow up, I've lost over six pounds and my blood pressure was 140/83. Still high but a good sized loss since I started.
Once this fucking April snowstorm gets outta here I plan on taking walks once or twice a day too. That'll help as well.
Nice to have proof that I'm not torturing myself for nothing. :)

Thats awesome!!! :3 I'm so glad some simple life style changes have helped!! Walks r my fave hope you can start taking them soon
