i wonder how does it happen

OK ive been wondering what was before everything like who was before the "nothing" like the one before aka the GOD like who's the real one of them all who started domino effect it's an endless cycle always living or dying always the past is the present bascellry, I'm saying  no matter how small we get there's always gonna be life right now everything has something living in them nothing but we are in Everything we are in a nose car swer everything you can thing of like if we zoom out we can be something like a brick or just something and keep zooming out and we are tiny then we are and on our skins always have something living almost like how should I say every inch has something special like what if out sun is an atom to everything and we are just small small small small!?!?
