Sun is awesome, I just wish it didn't give you cancer

I used to hate hot weather of any kind, shunshine and blue skies included, for a really long time.

I did come to appreciate it more recently - the warmth and the light as well. Even when I close my eyes it still feels sort of too bright red though. And whenever it hits my skin I wonder how many of my skincells are killing themselves desperately in an attempt to prevent me from getting cancer. Too much of a good thing can become bad I suppose :P
