topless pizza today lol. I'm not sure if it's even supposed to be called pizza tbh. Those are flatbreads with tomato sauce. There's no yeast btw
recipe:
300 g flour (type 00, but 450 was ok too)
180 g warm water
12 g salt
400 g tomato sauce (1 can)
some olive oil
additional: garlic, onion, basil
dissolve salt in warm water, then pour it into a bowl with flour, stir till the dough is formed. I use planetary mixer but I'm lazy ;* after it's mixed well leave it in bowl, under a cover, for 10-15 minutes.
in the meantime make the sauce: add salt, pepper and basil to tomato sauce and put olive oil on backing tray

after resting, part it into 3 small balls:
put flour on a table (i also used semolina?) and shape the balls into ovals, then put them on a baking tray
put sauce on the ovals (save 1/3 of the sauce for later) and put them in oven for 10 minutes; 250*C, I used pizza mode, can be top-bottom as well
take them out after the time, spread the rest of the sauce and put pizzas in the oven for next 10 minutes
