For those who don't know: It's an exploration game I'm talking about. :-)
You can play it here: LINK

Gosh, I was just exploring this one fangame with one of my friends, and we were absolutely stunned by how incredible and beautiful every thing was. Usually, even when I DO see something pretty, it doesn't really mean a lot to me, but exploring this specific portion of the game felt like walking through a virtual museum.

Usually, the first thing I assume people would stumble upon when entering this seashore is this; and to me it looks like isolation and disconnection, because of the black figure watching tv at the shore, which could symbolize detachment from reality. It's a passive action, watching rather than engaging, like they are avoiding something.
There also seem to be bouquets and flowers in vases scattered throughout the seashore, which could symbolize preserved beauty or memories, like offerings to something that once was. There are also sandcastles that are destructible, which might symbolize personal agency in breaking things down or moving on. I also found a half buried bookshelf, which I'm not really sure what could mean. Maybe some sort of lost knowledge, similar to the flowers?
The red buckets of paint continue to be scattered throughout the area, which I have no idea what they are supposed to symbolize. But the bottles, which I assume are message bottles remind me of attempts to communicate, and if they're empty, they could symbolize abandonment. I totally didn't get this idea from a certain visual novel I read lol...
There are also other everyday objects thrown around, like a plant in a vase and window blinds just floating in air like that. I guess that could mean nostalgia because certain items feel like relics from a home or a place that no longer exists to us. Depends on each persons experience with these things.

There is also a TV here, a bit further from the chair, it all just goes back to that black figure from earlier, that gives you a sense of separation.
To get to our next destination, we have to interact with a pink telephone. Honestly I have no clue what that means, it just reminds me of those plastic Barbie phones from my childhood lol.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This next place is really interesting, it's like a warped and decayed memory of a neglected childhood. Once you enter it, you'll see that the environment around you is much bigger than you. With toys, crayons, clothes and hanging airplanes scattered all around the hallways. Floorboards looking wrecked, having holes in them, with the almost uncanny music playing in the background. There are also adult shoes thrown on the ground, which gives the presence of adults in a space that should belong to a child. Maybe an authority figure looms over this memory.

And speaking of the wrecked and broken floorboards and holes I mentioned earlier, you can also find these rooms:
In one of the rooms, you'll find this floor that looks glitched, with weird patterns, but it has a normal looking sofa with a lamp and a desk. There is also a masculine looking hand that is a bit larger than the furniture here, smoking a cigarette. The color of the hand is also gray, which could hint at lifelessness or detachment from the supposed father.
In another room, we will find ourselves in this big, dark room with a gap in the wall that serves us as a peeping hole where we could see what I assume is the mother, judging by the feminine looking hands. Her hand color is also monochrome, suggesting that this really was a neglected childhood, considering the only colorful things in this home were the toys. I think the gap in the hole serves as the fact that kids are naturally curious.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
For the next world, it's a Zen garden!

It's interesting to me that we went from a seashore, which is full of water and movement, right next to a garden that imitates water using raked sand. The contrast is pretty neat!
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Honestly, I'm getting pretty tired of typing, so I'll just let these few images speak instead of me. I just wanna say the artist of these worlds did an incredible job to not only portray a message without saying any words, but also give us this beautiful piece of art for us to discover. I hope one day, we see more from them. :-)

Thanks to whoever ended up reading all of this, I'll probably make more theories in the future if I end up discovering more stuff like this!

SUCH cool analysis on the journey!!! I would have to say the analysis on the seashore world was my favorite, especially where you mentioned the bottles could be attempts to communicate. Not only that, the other analogies connecting the vases/flowers + the meaning of preserved beauty is such a beautiful way to think abt it. I also loved how you mentioned for the toy world, two authoritative adult figures loom over the memory. I'd also like to personally add that the size of our character in the world might mean something significant too, maybe towards the emotional regard of the memory or how they might've felt in the present moment. anyways THIS IS SO FRIGGIN EPIC ;-; see I would give you a 10/10 but I have to humble u so maybe 9.39262928/10?.. yeah..
imagine i wrote ;-;* at the end oops. i sound LIFELESS
