The weirdest sleep paralysis I have had

I mysteriously started getting sleep paralysis constantly since a year and a half ago. I don’t know if it’s some type of witchcraft someone did on me, if it’s a neurological thing or I don't know but since then I have experienced the scariest stuff I can think of that could even be painful. But this one rather than scary is just weird, it makes me question if my sleep paralysis are really just that.

It all started on a normal afternoon, 4 pm more less. I was studying for an exam when I couldn’t bear my tiredness and fell asleep. Hours passed, and I woke up. It didn’t take long for me to realize I was having sleep paralysis, this time I decided to close my eyes. I didn't wanna see whatever weird demon creature was in my presence. As that was happening I heard my grandma entering the room. “Don’t be afraid” she said after I felt her hugging me from the back. “Open your eyes, it’s me.” Because my grandma was there, it would be safe to open my eyes, right? I opened my eyes and there I see, a black and tall man silhouette in the corner of my room. I quickly close my eyes again. Then in a matter of seconds the horror ended, I was able to move again. But there was something wrong, I could still feel someone hugging me. (For clarification, I was alone).
