I want to cut my hair!![again]

HAII TS IS RAY!! I don't give a shit if my hair is going to be short like ppl around me say, I js want to get a kewl haircut and fuck it XD

I want to dye my hair in the Neapolitan style too! [I love colored hair] But my mother simply won't let me!!! She said it would look ugly and only weird ppl would use it, like??? IM WEIRD! She then started judging me for what I wear, ARGH I HATE TS SHIT! SHE ALWAYS SAYS SHE NEVER JUDGED ME FOR MY STYLE [which I don't even know what it is btw ,'U] BUT AFTER SAYING THAT SHE STARTS TO JUDGE ME 4 WHAT I WEAR, WHAT I SAY, EVERYTHING! She said that I'm too insecure and that I shouldn't listen to anyone, but if the same person judges me, I really don't know how that works!!! ://. . .and rn im eating a cookie that melts in ur mouth [I love that kind of cookie if u locked me in a room full of those cookies,I WOULD EAT IT ALL!]
