Where do i find good sims 4 houses!

I love styling the inside of sims 4 houses, yet I can never find good house shells, I'm not looking for those big family homes.

I'm looking for things like flats, or apartments above stores or run down small family houses, anything that feels a bit more real and less like a "perfect house"

Big inspirations for me are simmers like Caviarsims and Meiowme on tiktok, so kinda stuff like that I guess

Also search terms really help! Because I don't know what to search up when looking for homes

 so please sent me some simmers on the library I can check out! 

(They don't have to be shells, I'm fine with redecoratijg the house myself, along as the outside out the house looks good)
