retroarch is the best........

Since i've finally figured out how to use retroarch, its been my favorite emulator. It frankly would be my only emulator if not for the fact that some of the retro achievement integration doesnt work for gamecube/wii games. Thankfully dolphin does have working integration, so I'm not losing any achievements.

but it SUCKS because i'm a baby and want to use the CRT shaders LOL, look how SICK these games look with the shaders on

i know that for the GBA game it isnt accurate because it would be on a small little LCD screen, but i still think it's fun to use the shaders regardless, gives me a lot of nostalgia

my only complaint with retroarch so far is that the way you have to set gamepad controls is ass. It took me like an hour to get the emulated d-pad to work with my xbox controller when playing majoras mask, for a while i straight up just couldn't select anything in my inventory LOL. I'm gonna have to research and try to understand how the button mapping works

but frankly i think dealing with some gamepad issues is worth it for all of the other expansive features that retroarch has
