omgggg! i dont have the video but its a muffin reciepe
2eggs, whisk them
add one cup of sugar and the extract/aroma of your choice, whisk again
add a half cup of vegetable oil and a cup of milk, whisk to combine, add three cups of flour w baking power and you mix again and then youre done!
bake for approximately 25mins at 180 degrees celcius and you have a batch for twelve fluffy muffins
what i do is i bake them first over 200 degrees for ten minutes si that they get rly fluffy and rise a lot and then i switch to the lowest temp for 15 mins but the temprature depends of your oven, and plenty over gfactors so just check if theyre cooked by poking a stick in it, if it has no residue then its ready! lmk if you want the portions in another unit but for reference a cup is a 250ml contenant so like a ramequin or a small glass

I just did smth called “empada” (google translated it as “patty”) and it’s pretty easy but delicious!!
For the dough, you’ll need:
-1 egg;
-500g of flour;
-250g of butter.
Mix everything until u can shape it (if it’s too dry, add butter. if too moist, add flour) making like a cup for the filling (which can be anything, really, just make sure to pre-cook it if it contains meat) in those cupcake pans and fill it (it must be cool or it won’t work). I recommend chicken with cream cheese, but it’s up to u ;)
After that, cover the filling with a layer of the dough and press the sides. Bake for 20min and you’re done!

Not exactly baking but you have to try this Austrian thing (no I won't even attempt to spell it)
