"Will you still love me when I'm no longer young & beautiful?" Isn't the question. For me, it's "Will I still love me when I'm no longer young & beautiful?". For me, it's "Will I accept my wrinkling features? Will I accept my body failing on me? Or will I fill myself with cosmetics until I no longer recognise the one standing in my reflection?". For me, it's "Will I allow myself to become anything other than young & beautiful, even at the expense of my life?"
