I'm 15 turning 16 im confused im confused about love what is love well one side I heard can be happiness and the other it like a drug once you do it you get addit to it but I wonder how does it feel it's a bad mixs with wrath, caring for someone or who you deeply care about I am confused so I ask how does it feel?

Love is somewhat confusing and has thousands of definitions for each person, but one thing that is certain is that it is not just a desire, so to speak, towards another person, it is combined with other things such as security, comfort, and freedom, among others, and it does not necessarily have to be towards your partner or crush, it can be towards yourself or your family, and it is something that has to be determined over a long period of time in your life and until you analyze and believe that it is true (I say this because there are people who are very blinded by loneliness or the desire to have someone).

I'm gonna sound old, but it's hard to tell what love is at that age. Love isn't just about romance and being with a partner- you can have strong platonic love for a friend too. It took me starting my twenties to figure out what love really is. Love is when a person cares about you to the point where they still love you on your worst days. If you're upset, they cheer you up. If you want to do something, they'll either do it with you or at least try to. And likewise, you do all the same for them. It took me going through a terrible relationship to figure out that being with a person romantically doesn't always mean love is involved. A friend can show you love as well.
