The little prince: a movie review

I give this movie a 9.5/10 because the storyline is very inspiring, and so is the cinematography. The movie in general felt like a breath of fresh air in a world where you can barely breathe.

Movie storyline (SPOILER ALERT): so there's this girl who is trying to get into a rlly good school, so her mom is making her do lots of intensive studying and life habits so she could get in. they move to a new neighborhood, and the house next to them is a lil fishy, so the mom advises the girl not to go near that house.

However, when the mom leaves for work, te girl goes into the house out of curiosity. there, he meets the old aviator who tells him the story of the little prince. fascinated by this, she basically abandons the life plan that her mom gave her, and when she found out, she was very mad and lots of chaos happens throughout the movie. Her mom eventually forced her to never meet the man again, and she is stuck studying all day.

But then, one day, the aviator is dying, so the girl is devastated and tries to fly to the stars to see him again. but then she ends up in a different planet where the now-grown-up little prince lives. the prince had lost all of his innocence, so the girl helps him find his find his true self again and keeps telling him that the aviator needs him. they then fight off the evil people in the planet and fly away.

They fly away to where his rose is, and we get to see the little prince's true form. Then, the girl flies back to visit the aviator at the hospital and it's a happy ending

END OF SPOILER ALERT (sorry if that synopsis sucked I'm writing this to days after watching)

one of my teachers recommended me to read the little prince cus it's very different from when you read it as a kid vs reading it as a grown up, and I'm so glad that she told me to read it.

ill read the book next as soon as i can find it.

This movie told me that we shouldn't take our childhood for granted and that we should never burden ourselves in the pressures of society.

I would def recommend to anyone who is an academic weapon (whether u like being one or not) or anyone who is burnt out asf/feels like they are never enough.

A song that reminds me of the movie: Nap of a Star by TXT (the mv version especially) (the mv also has some little prince references I think) (ALSO IGNORE THE BIGHIT INTRO IN THE BEGINNING I LIKE THE MV VERSION OF THIS SONG BETTER)
