IM ACTUALLY SCARED IS THE CARMEN WINSTEAD STORY TRUE?

I know this was popular year ago but I’m now finding out about it ( don’t spam new gen ) if you don’t know who Carmen winstead is she was a 17 year old school girl who was pushed down the sewer so she would be embarrassed but she didn’t come up and the police was called . the neck broke hitting the ladder, then side concrete at the bottom. The girls told everyone she fell… They believed them.. there is a video of a voice saying “ I am Carmen winstead etc and that a boy thought this was fake and deleted and died and was injured the same exact way Carmen was . And the same exact girls who bullied her got killed one by one . I don’t believe that she will kill me cause I believe God but I’m kinda still scared 😭😭 I’m not sure if Carmen survived or what Carmen looks like . But R.I.P
