Bowling !! also first blog here!

League today was interesting. Which isn't the greatest opener.Bowling Saturday mornings on the AM House pattern, which is short and lower volume to help the seniors hook, is just generally really nice compared to this house's PM pattern. I'm not sure the volume of the AM one, but the PM one is 30 ml, which is absolutely insane. I'm trying to figure out how to get anything to work on a HOUSE pattern that heavy (ON SYNTHETIC), but still has dry on the edge; it's harder than Kegel Chromium or Krypton or even Scorpion for me, but the AM shot is very pleasant. I bowled a 655 (204, 225, 226) series, tied 4-4 with the other team (while I had an absent teammate). Happy getting back into the 600s; I have been slumped because of the annoyance of the PM pattern on Mondays. That's all neat, but this other team...

The team I bowled against today is being investigated, I know this as secretary, for sandbagging. This league, compared to most at Bowlero houses, pays out quite a lot of money, and it is incredibly unfair of them to do what they do because they're pegged in first place by a large margin. This team started last season with a 100 average each but ended over 200. Then started this season around 100 again after only a one-week break — that just doesn't happen. In the middle of game two, my team jumped from -6 to +81, and the other team all immediately started striking to try and close the gap. They repeated this in game 3 when I had the front 8 but then stopped once caught up. Their anchor missed in the 10, leaving my team with a 6-pin lead. They ended up losing games 2 and 3 but still taking series.

Anyway, this site. Saw a random person on a Discord server say something about this site, so I made an account. Seems neat; I have no other socials except for Discord. I'll be trying to blog about my progress with music, bowling, and any other thoughts I have. This place looks neat.
