SOMEONE PLZZ GIVE ADVICE FOR WHAT TO DO ABT MY BF

so im just going to say everything thats happened, so yesterday at school my bf noticed frsh cuts and got mad at me because i promised him that i would come to him if i wanted to/did that kinda thing. he got really upset and i didnt know why because im not really good with understanding that kinda shit. and than he got mad at me for hanging out with this person (im going to call him "pip" for these purpose) but my bf got mad at me for talking to pip again because a couple months ago he did some really bad stuff and manipulated me and when i was his friend i was really depreased. my bf didnt want me to be like that again so hes mad im hanging out w pip. than at like 5 pm w got into this whole argument because i said "and if im being honest i dont completely understand why you upset and i know thats fucked up but something in me just doesnt understand why your upset that i relapsed" and he asked if i get upset when he relapses and i said that i just winder why he relapsed and he got all mad at me all now hes barley texting me. i dont think he knew what he was getting himself into when we started dating. and he keeps talking to my friends and im pretty sure he told my really close friend about the whole situation and they might have talked shuit abt me?? im scared that m bf hates me. plz give advice on what to do
