Pool Barb Fish Curry (Bengali Recipe)- Puti Macher Torkari

Ingredients

750 gm POOL BARB fish (PUTI MAACH)

Salt as per taste

1 tsp red chilli powder

1 tbsp corn starch

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tsp soy sauce

Butter 2 tbsp

Black Pepper Crushed 1 tsp

Chopped Garlic 4-6 cloves

Onion paste 1 large onion or 2 medium sized onions

Chopped  carrot (1 no)

Grated Ginger 1 tsp

Tomato Puree 1/2 cup

Chopped and  boiled taro   100gm

Salt and water

Slit Green Chillies  3-4, Cilantro  or Culantro leaves
