march '25 stats

stuff happened this month, and i actually remember it!!! yippee~ (also, aren't these the first stats of the year? this is a reminder for me to check, lolz.)

as this month has finally ended, so has college decisions!!! it's nice to at least have resolution. and i feel sorta totally accomplished. i can only hope that i'll actually be able to go.

changed the layout of my outside blog using a layout from createblog. interesting site. i think someone else on here mentioned it before, for graphics? but in general it's sort of an interesting time capsule. i only look at the layouts though. sometimes i wonder what the people who wrote those codes are up to now. do you think that could be the same for spacehey-- that years down the line, people will see our profiles as sources of nostalgia and mystery? idk. something to think about. but, my blog looks so cool now, more personalized~ there's still a few things i want to add/change, but.

made spam fries for the first time this month. they turned out delicious. i recall i was having a really bad week, and a sorta bad weekend, then i ate a spam fry and it felt like the sky was blue again lolz.

old tech adventures. found a 5g iPod at an antiques store for $7 with 865 songs and a faulty battery, so i'm trying to figure out what to do with that for now. the 3g iPod is still chugging along, in its strange, supernatural way. but i'm grateful. also tried using my sister's old emac, but we don't have enough of the os discs. i think she threw them away.

tomodachi life is having a continuation!!! i'm so excited, i've been wanting at least a remake on switch for years and this seems so much better! i cannot wait. 

sadly in the final days of the month, i think i'm coming down with a cold. that's not a fun april fools' joke :(

some songs i had on repeat:

• hello by nu'est: it reminds me a lot of u-kiss' song, i need you. i think it's perfect for early spring, as the days are still somewhat cold but the sun's begun to peek out a bit. a moment of transitioning from the cold to the warm, careful and sweet.
• you by kat-tun: this song is too cute!!!!! and i love the vibes of the music video. this and signal, i think the futuristic-ish theme suits them sorta well... but oh well.
• i caught myself by paramore: a classic! i don't know why i suddenly listened to this a million times, but i'm not upset about it at all~ 
• sea of love by fly to the sky: i know spring just started, but this song has so much warmth i couldn't help but listen to it when i need a mood boost. i listened to it while baking a cake for my friend one night and felt like a character in a show.
• 03/02/2025 by vono (no title, can't find it in soundcloud either): the new song for my outside blog! but it's totally cool. it's like one of those songs you'd hear in the level select of a game. or maybe the main menu? generally, a spot that one usually thinks in while the virtual world continues...

i got my first kat-tun cds last month, so generally i've also been having those on repeat every day. i love every song, but i hope i don't get tired of them after listening so many times...

layout i had this month:

• new scrapbook-ish template, with rotated blurbs element and stickers.
• light green and pink accents, tiled wallpaper with light green and pink accents as well. hearts!
• helvetica neue font
• akanishi pic and cherry blossom pic in blurbs
• mid-2005 akanishi pfp (smooth dark brown hair)
• ridge and solid borders, solid borders had shadow to look like real photos sorta
• baby don’t cry by exo profile theme

i put together my new april layout in the past few days. it's not very pretty on mobile, but that's alright. still trying to figure out a song, as always. i like this one, but i had also been considering a few k-pop and j-pop songs as well.
