HII!!!!

and if you guys didn't know anything about my wifi, it works but mostly and i mean ONE-SIDED for phone's and such but never computers for some reasons. maybe its my computer? idk it just sucks. EVEN WHEN IM SUPER CLOSE TO THE ROUTER ITSELF. LIKE WHAT?

i know that was weird but still. btw this is the daily basis of my pings itself when im playing roblox :

 Ping : it usually says 300 pings on average. but sometimes it could and would reach to... 8K pings.

can someone explain why i keep lagging, and even crashing when im in game?
