Okay, how am i supposed to react 🙂

Just before i tell what has happened i'll tell smth. I always have music playing in my head, like in spotify. The music that plays in my head is usually on repeat and sometimes it drives me to headaches. I had this shit with my head since i was aroun the age of 7. Last fucking night IT STOPPED. THERE'S JUST FUCKING SILENCE IN MY HEAD WTF. First i was kinda scared because of that, now i kinda get used to this ig? but still i feel weird. I told my best friend about this but she said she doesn't know what to do with that. Well, yeah, i wanted to get rid of that shit but i didn't knew i would be anxious because of this 😓
