is it my fault he randomly blocked?

we first met in a groupchat and so I was rude to him at first I didn’t like his vibe or anything so he didn’t really talk in the groupchat because of me , so recently I asked him if he could dm me and i apologized saying I was immature for being rude for no reason so he forgave me and so we started talking a lot a week go by and I caught this weird feeling in my stomach , almost like butterflies I didn’t want to believe it because there’s no way I could like a boy like that , and so I tried to ignore it. another week go by this feeling get stronger and so I confessed he felt the same and so we were happy it was healthy until he started replying late he had an alt saying he was gay I asked him about it he said don’t worry I tried not to the overthinking got the best of me , and so he randomly just blocked me out of no where it still hurts till this day
