i really want to have NEON RADIOACTIVE GREEN hair. i love manic panic and i used electric lizard and it gave me more of a dull lime green...</3 maybe its because my hair is pretty bleach damaged and doesn't hold onto colour that well..:/ HOWEVER... i have bought the amplified version of electric lizard which is supposed to have more pigment so ill update on how that works. I really wanna try neon green by pravana!! i heard its really NEON and i saw people using it.. BUTT...to get it shipped to canada would end up costing 35+ CAD for a tube...</3 is it worth it?!? does anyone have any neon green dye recomendations?!?! ;p

and radioactivity is EXTREMELY dangerous so I would advise against putting it on your hair!!!

i didn't mean radioactive quite literally..!! just decribing the neon green colour im hoping to get to!! i've seen other people achieve a really neon green 3 so im pretty sure im not wishing for something insane..🥀🥀
