i love lurking

big fan of using the internet but never really saying or posting much

commenting and sharing my thoughts is scary tbh

im on a decent amount of social medias but i never really use most of them for more then looking at things and liking outside of like tumblr and spacehey but even still not that interactive with others and am quite distant if i do end up replying to something

talking to people especially in such large spaces where it feels like everyone can see is scary like the bigger the social media or less niche it is the less i like actually using it like ive tried using bluesky and i just cant figure it the fuck out??? tiktok only use that shit for scrolling endlessly dont really post never really comment also have pinterest but only actually save things and make boards and post my art there when i remember to which yeah i feel is semi normal for pinterest actually but idk i think i just dont like commenting i love looking at them but hate making them myself observing people is way more fun then being the one whos observed

theres just something about looking but never adding much of my own input that i prefer idk is it strange?? could just be that im not all that social general and got into social media later then most i didnt get my first(not counting youtube) till i was 15 and it was fucking tumblr of all places

does what im saying even make sense???

not really sure if this post actually relates to lurking i just prefer to use the internet in a less social way then way i perceive others to and lurking felt like the most suited word?
