Gossip Girl Fashion

I recently started watching Gossip Girl... and I’m absolutely loving it! The show really hooked me, and the characters and actors are amazing. But if there’s one thing I love even more, it’s the fashion!

Jenny Humphrey is such a stylish character who, especially in the early seasons, has a style very similar to Blair Waldorf's. However, as the show progresses, she steps away from the more formal side and builds a more gothic personality.

Her style totally matches the actress in real life, Taylor Momsen, who also has that obvious goth vibe.

Blair is one of the main characters and not just important for the plot—she’s a total powerhouse in the world of Gossip Girl. Everyone knows her, and she has that elite status.

This dress may have only appeared on screen for a few seconds, but it definitely made an impact.

Most of Blair’s clothes come from her mom, who’s basically a fashionista. I mean, after Blair ‘borrows’ some of her clothes, we see her totally slaying in this fun and elegant dress with her friend Serena.

Now let’s talk about Serena van der Woodsen. She’s played by the super famous Blake Lively, who by the way, slays iconic looks both on and off-screen. As for Serena, she starts out as the “it girl” at school, but after a little drama with her best friend Blair, she kind of distances herself from that rebellious vibe. Now, she’s more grounded, and her new main love interest is Dan Humphrey, Jenny’s brother.

This dress, which isn’t exactly one of my favorites, but let’s be real, she tends to wear a lot of those shiny, party-ready dresses, just like Blake Lively does in real life.
