I've had times in the past where I've felt so sad or pissed off about stuff.
Injuries, having to go to school and spend so many hours on useless stuff, not having privacy, other ppl being assholes or whatever it is.
And that's all still the case. Yet I've felt so happy the past few days, like even a type of overwhelming joy at times.
The best thing is that it's really just about mindset. I started using this website instead of all the brain rot social medias, and I started focusing my attention on my passions and relationships- instead of focusing my attention on all the bad stuff.
So I still have all the problems I named earlier in the post and a lot more, but I'm just feeling really good.
Also helps that I just started doing 2 very easy habits every day, skincare & journaling which combined take maybe 20m, yet it's helping me build trust with myself and be more accountable. Since I recently was struggling with following through on plans.
OH and u get what u give. Trying to help people on here and talking to people with good energy definitely has made my mood better too.
But yeah, crazy how much doing stuff like that and having a shift in mindset changes things imo

Nah I get you 100% this app/site just feels so relaxing like you said, no brain rot memes everywhere and all that and people being honest which feels really strange but good at the same time, but hope everything is okay and you know where I am if you need anything :)
