drastic changes to appearance

i need a new tattoo and piercings and to dye my hair rahhh i shaved my chelsea back in but im so ready to tattoo myself soon, a tribute piece for my buddy to cover up a small piece on my chest!! 

been looking for local piercers with decent rates and good skills and i have yet to find anyone T3T we shall see
