I almost kms

I was on a bike and was going down a hill but I hit the front brakes and went flying with my bike and badly scraped the right side of my right knee and it's bad. I also started bleeding from my head. I fine now but now I need a umbrella to walk around because I'm using it as a cane.

I look like an old person walking around.
