Hi guys! Ive been doing gymnastics and yoga for a few years. And it made me really flexible! Here are the things I can do:
- Splits (side and middle)
- Backbend
- Front/back walkover
- Needle pose
- Chest stand
- And a lot more
Im really proud of myself for being able to do a chest stand! Its a hard pose to do 0_0
I dont think Ill post any photos of myself doing any flexible poses. But Ill gladly talk about it with yall! (On the comments of this post and in DMs :D)
