entry 2🐚

i think the porn industry has been working really hard all along.🐚

yeah i'm sure we've all experienced an unwanted pop-up or redirect before but this is about something different. something that at first, i didn't necessarily think to be too deliberate but now i think it's something we should worry about.🐚

so i used to and still do play mobile games a lot. the free ones like geometry dash, good pizza great pizza, you know, stuff like that. and around like 2019/2020 they started incorporating ads in their games (i'm assuming to be able to keep the games free or something).🐚

now naturally ads are just annoying but a bulk of these ones introduced a new type of game, choice games. if you're unfamiliar with those for whatever reason, they're a type of game where the character is walking along and they come across some sort of a situation. you, the player, are then presented with 2 options of what to do in reaction to that situation. (if that was a bit confusing, search up "comics bob")🐚

it seems innocent until you realize that the advertising points of all these games were almost always sexual. like a caveman would come across a cavewoman in the shower and your two options would be either to remove her bra or her panty. and if you think that's bad, remember i'm seeing these ads on free play store games that are typically marketed to children.🐚

coincidentally these ads started popping up when ads became so much harder to close. you have to press about 3 x's before you can get back to your original game and some ads just take you to the play store anyway by faking interactivity.🐚

now if we put that all together, a child could be playing geometry dash, come across one of these choice game ads (also animated to catch the attention of a child) and click. what happens then?🐚

i'm almost positive that as much as they could advertise blatantly sexual things, they could not program them into games that were on the playstore. so when a child clicks on the ad out of curiosity and doesn't find what they're looking for?🐚

some may just get bored, delete the app and forget about it. but some unfortunately will go to other places to find what they were looking for. and there you find an easily accessible gateway into porn addiction at a young age. i mean think about it, how often do you hear that an adult became a porn addict? it always starts at childhood when they were unfortunately exposed to it.🐚

a child just doesn't have the capacity to deal with warding off an addiction and i think the porn industry knows that AND targets that innocence. this way, they know they'll always have lifelong customers.🐚

this is a problem that persists to today, even more so with the development of ai. we've allowed the use of sexual ads for so long that now ai ads are just borderline porn. they're still advertised on kid's games, and porn is just as easy if not easier to find.🐚

i can't sit here and think this isn't all deliberate. so we can stop worrying about the lgbt now. the porn industry is quite literally coming for your children.🐚
